Where values, knowledge and responsibility began.
His foundation was formed in Brahmanbaria, Bangladesh. Through his studies at Brahmanbaria Jamia Yunusia, he developed a grounding in religious values, ethics and human responsibility.
Alongside this, his study of Bachelor of Social Science at Brahmanbaria Government College strengthened his understanding of society, leadership and contemporary knowledge.
The combination of Islamic and general education shaped his later work. Education, in his view, was never limited to personal advancement; it was a foundation for contributing to people and society.

Ideas, communication and constructive thought.
From the early stage of his working life, he remained involved in education, literature and creative activity.
As a divisional editor of the monthly publication Renesa, he contributed to the circulation of socially aware writing, education, values and constructive ideas.
The experience strengthened his communication, observation and leadership.

Supporting people towards self-reliance.
To support education, mutual goodwill and economic capacity, he helped establish Sushikkha Hriddata Society and served as its Founder Vice-President.
The organisation undertook microfinance, self-employment and community-development initiatives intended to help people move towards self-reliance and dignified livelihoods.

Building practical entrepreneurial experience.
Recognising the growing potential of technology, he founded Suhrid IT Limited and led the company for approximately 12 years.
This chapter developed his experience in business planning, people management, customer service, technology and long-term operations.
Suhrid Electronics and Suhrid Real Estate further expanded his commercial experience.
2018 A new professional chapter.
Building on earlier experience, Hafizur Rahman became involved in establishing and operating ventures across transportation, travel and tourism, trading, contracting and services.

As Admin and Planning Director of Nojoom Group, he contributes to administration, planning, operational coordination and business development.
These ventures have created employment for many expatriate Bangladeshis, enabling them to earn dignified livelihoods, support their families and contribute to Bangladesh through remittances.

In 2025, he initiated business activity in Botswana and established GainOne Venture in Francistown.
